WELCOME TO THE CAMBERYARD TOOLKIT
A COLLECTION OF ESSENTIAL ADD-ON SERVICES AND TEMPLATES FOR RUNNING YOUR INTERIOR DESIGN STUDIO OR BRAND

In this essential toolkit for interiors studios and brands, there is a range of educational and informational tools by Camberyard Collective members and our Industry Partners, including a Project Review Press Plan, Monday.com – Working in a Team: Creating accountability without micromanaging with guideline templates, and Basecamp – Communicating with Clients and Contractors.

The guideline templates will each include a how-to webinar from that particular industry expert, so you not only have the framework but an understanding of how to tailor the form to your business. Part 1 – The Simple One & The Complex One The Camberyard Toolkit Client template - Making legalities simple

If you are baffled by Client contracts and want a straightforward formula to follow, Camberyard’s Contracts Bundle of guideline templates (in MS Word format) are for you, suitable for use by both Sole Trader and Ltd companies.

The Simple One
The basics for smaller, straightforward projects

Template 1:
3-page Contract Letter for fixed-fee projects

Template 2:
5-page Contract Letter for hourly rate projects

Template 3:
1 page Example Schedule of Services Template

It is to the benefit of both parties to itemise the work that you will carry out. It is therefore recommended that a schedule or scope of services is attached to your interior design contract. A schedule of services is a commercial, project specific, document which should be agreed with your client to ensure that it reflects the work that you and your client have agreed you will undertake.

The example schedule of services provided by Camberyard Consulting Ltd is not, and is not intended to be, a complete template. It does not contain sufficient detail to constitute a full schedule of services, however it may provide a helpful starting point of matters to consider when creating your own schedule of services for your project.

The Complex One
The full offering, for larger, more complex projects

Template 4:
3-page Letter of Appointment for fixed-fee projects

Template 5:
3-page Letter of Appointment for hourly rate projects

Template 6:
6-page Standard conditions of agreement

£420 per bundle (includes Templates 1,2,3,4,5 and 6) per Camberyard Collective member
